Jaclyn Butler

Chief Compliance Officer

Jaclyn Butler is the Chief Compliance Officer (“CCO”) at Dash, responsible for supervising registered representatives and other personnel regarding compliance and regulatory matters.

Prior to joining Dash, Jaclyn was a Principal Examiner at FINRA, responsible for Trading and Execution firms.

Between 2013 and 2017, Jaclyn was the CCO at Virtu Financial. In this role, Jaclyn oversaw compliance and regulatory affairs pertaining to the SEC, FINRA and CFTC regulations and standards. In addition, Jaclyn served on Virtu’s Disclosure Committee to advise and update members on compliance matters and possible disclosure issues for the Firm’s quarterly filings.

Jaclyn began her career as an equities market maker on the NYSE floor for Bear Wagner Specialists (part of Bear Stearns & Co) where she was a Floor Official and trader for over 13 years.
